Responsibilities:

• Focuses on managing the implementation and maintenance of products/services to customers and deals directly with customers to ascertain problems and assist in resolving them
• Advises, intervenes, influences and brings an organizational approach to the project activities to meet or exceed stakeholders' needs and expectations from a project
• Support customers in achieving maximum benefit through the use of these products and services
• Develop and support standards geared toward improving productivity and efficiency
• Create credible project plans and schedules, and manage risk issues to achieve plan
• Coordinate and lead project team meetings to drive project goals and objectives;  Maintain project documentation, including weekly project status reports
• Ensure weekly communication with all assigned accounts, including status of schedule any open items, and facilitate issue resolution

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineer or Operations Management
• 2 years of progressive related experience in distribution, logistics, or manufacturing (Supply chain execution package (WMS/TMS) implementation experience is a plus.)
• Distribution Center or Manufacturing Productivity Analysis as it relates to Material Handling Equipment is a plus
