From Newark Liberty International Airport:

As you exit airport, follow signs to the New Jersey Turnpike (NJ Tpk)
After taking ticket at toll plaza, take NJ Tpk North
Follow NJ Tpk North toward "George Washington Bridge" (the NJ Tpk's western spur). [Note: if you are forced to follow the NJ Tpk toward the "Lincoln Tunnel," don't panic; this is just the NJ Tpk's eastern spur and it will take you to the same place as the western spur]
Pay toll at "exit 18W" (not really an exit -- the "turnpike" ends but highway continues as I-95 North)
Take the exit for I-80 West (note: this exit is from left lane). You will stay on I-80 only for about 1.5 miles.
Take exit 66 for Hudson St./Hackensack/Little Ferry, and bear right onto Kennedy St. eastbound.
Go through first light (Hudson St.). Make a left turn at second light onto River St. northbound.
Go approx. 2 miles and make a right turn onto Temple Ave. (just past US Gas station on right).
You will see One University Plaza directly ahead/left. Take the first left into the parking lot.

From New York City:

Cross the George Washington Bridge to New Jersey (I-95 southbound)
Follow signs for Route 4
Follow Route 4 westbound approximately 4 to 5 miles
Take the Hackensack Avenue exit South, toward Hackensack (Riverside Square Mall will be on the right as you approach exit)
At the first light, make a left turn onto Temple Ave.
You will see One University Plaza directly ahead/left. Take the first left into the parking lot.

From Points North of New York City and East of the Hudson River:

Cross the Tappan Zee Bridge (NYS Thruway/I-87/I-287 westbound)
Approx. 7 to 8 miles after bridge, take the Garden State Parkway (exit 14A) to New Jersey
Approx. 2 miles after toll plaza (12 miles total from I-87/I-287), take left exit for Route 17 South
After only about 1 mile on Route 17 South, take exit for Route 4 East toward New York
In approx. 2 miles, take the Hackensack Avenue exit South, toward Hackensack
At the first light, make a left turn onto Temple Ave.
You will see One University Plaza directly ahead/left. Take the first left into the parking lot.

Directions from Points North of New York City and West of the Hudson River:

Take NYS Thruway/I-87/I-287 to exit 14A for the Garden State Parkway to New Jersey
Approx. 2 miles after toll plaza (12 miles total from I-87/I-287), take left exit for Route 17 South
After only about 1 mile on Route 17 South, take exit for Route 4 East toward New York
In approx. 2 miles, take the Hackensack Avenue exit South, toward Hackensack
After turning onto Hackensack Avenue southbound, make a left turn at the first light onto Temple Ave.
You will see One University Plaza directly ahead/left. Take the first left into the parking lot
