I.D. Systems to Present at Imperial Capital Security Investor Conference on December 13, 2011

Woodcliff Lake, NJ, December 7, 2011—I.D. Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: IDSY), a leading provider of wireless solutions for tracking, securing and managing high-value enterprise assets, has been invited to present at Imperial Capital’s Security Investor Conference. The conference will be held at the Waldorf Astoria in New York City on December 12-13, 2011.

I.D. Systems’ CEO Jeffrey Jagid and CFO Ned Mavrommatis are scheduled to present on Tuesday, December 13, 2011, at 10:55 a.m. Eastern Time, with one-on-one meetings held throughout the day.
