The FASTrack™ Implementation Methodology consists of five distinct phases:

• Initiate: A kick off meeting allows us to create a project plan and collect the data we need to prepare for your implementation.
• Plan: A site survey is completed, your vehicle types are reviewed, concurrences are obtained from manufacturers and hardware is shipped.
• Implement: Training occurs, the hardware is installed on the vehicle and in the facility, data will be analyzed to ensure that it’s capturing what you need, and the system is officially launched.
• Post-launch: Advanced training, remote system health and monitoring, project wrap up and clear direction on how to receive continuous support.
• Support/Benefit: You can receive any time support and a utilization review to ensure that you are using the system effectively and gaining the benefits you require.

The FASTrack implementation methodology ensures that our system is deployed to your satisfaction, regardless of your unique requirements or challenges, with installation, training and support programs tailored to meet your needs.  For example, although we provide turnkey installation services, if you would prefer your team to conduct vehicle hardware installations, our Field Service Engineers will travel to your site, train and certify your mechanics to perform a quality installation. Complete, detailed instructions are delivered for each vehicle type and model.
